Do you think a 38B bra size small?
No, I do not think so. I am a 34A, so I think mine would be considered the smallest. However, I am very small and weighs 100 pounds, so I guess even my small breasts fit my small frame. I will not lie but I I always wanted my breasts at least a 32B, but I'm happy with that matter. You have the perfect size breasts, in my opinion. I be of this size.
